SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• At this time delivery is only available to the United States, Mexico, Canada.
• Though most orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours, please allow 5-6 business days for orders to be fulfilled and shipped.
• Dark Blue Archive is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• All items must be returned in their original packaging, unblemished, and unworn. Items that do not meet these criteria will be denied.
• Shipping fees associated with returning or exchanging items are not covered.
• You have 10 days after receiving your package to request a return.
• A $10 USD fee will be applied to all returns.
• Shipping Rates are non-refundable.
• Exceptions... If the items you receive are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please send us a note as soon as possible should there be an error with your order.
